Quick Overview
The Kästle PX71 is a very lively and dynamic on-piste ski. The high-quality construction enables excellent edge grip and dampness. Because of its short radius and wide tip it likes to carve the short turns.
Details
Camber
With standard camber, the ski center is clearly elevated and the contact points to the snow are far forward and back. The effective edge is longer and the ski initiates turns more quickly and precisely.
Hollowtech
By removing excess material from the tip, Kästle creates a lighter ski that's more stable, has more edge grip and more dampness.
Woodcore
The core consists of specifically selected wood that, in different compositions, are laminated into a core. This way the designers control every aspect of the ski.
Fast Grip Shovel & Tail
The widest part of the tip and tail far out to the tip and tail of the ski. They are in quick contact with the snow. This results in a more aggressive and precise approach of the turn.
K12 TRI GW Binding
The by Tyrolia developed K12 binding is very high performance. The heel has a diagonal release which is even better at preventing physical harm in case of a fall. The binding is suitable for shoes with an Alpine or Gripwalk sole.
